Human-Centered Design

Human-Centered Design is more than an approach to collaboration and innovation. It's a way of observing and acting in the world that builds agency, empathy, and hope.

In this workshop, each session builds an understanding of core concepts (e.g., Design Thinking, Empathy, Ideation, Iteration, and Feedback), explores how these concepts transform leadership and management skills, and modify them to meet the needs of the organization. Participants will build their creative mindset, strengthen their ability to foster a collaborative environment, and become more empathic leaders, individual contributors, and designers. The final workshop and group coaching session provide participants with the opportunity to create and implement a design thinking-based innovation plan for the team.
