From collaboration to problem-solving to design, I make these foundational skills a part of how we equip all workers and learners for the jobs of today and the future. I've been driving change and strategic initiatives for non-profit, philanthropic, and mission-driven organizations. The best part of that work is building individuals and teams that can grow and thrive in the midst of incredible change. No matter their experience and education, people are problem solvers and designers at heart. They simply need the boost that comes from targeted skill building that is human-centered, stripped of jargon, and taught in a way that puts that new knowledge to work immediately in real-life scenarios. When I'm not training and coaching, I'm building a start-up to support parents as they advocate for their children with special education needs.
